Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our Shopify store, social media, phone orders, and in-store purchases.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Availability

Flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability. We may substitute flowers, colours, wrapping, containers, or gift items with products of equal or greater value where necessary.

Images are examples only. Due to the natural variation of flowers, arrangements may differ from photographs.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Delivery fees and additional charges are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We may cancel orders where:

  • payment cannot be processed,

  • products are unavailable,

  • delivery information is incorrect, or

  • fraudulent activity is suspected.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • weather,

  • traffic,

  • courier disruptions,

  • incorrect address details, or

  • recipient unavailability.

If no recipient is available, we may:

  • leave the order in a safe location,

  • leave it with reception or a neighbour, or

  • return it for redelivery at an additional fee.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may be entitled to remedies including replacement, refund, or repair where products fail consumer guarantees.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacement or refund of the affected product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia.
