Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12pm on business days.

Orders made after 12pm are eligible for Next-business-day delivery.

Same-day & Next-day delivery is subject to:

product availability,
courier capacity, and
weather or traffic conditions.

We reserve the right to decline same-day delivery requests.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery windows are estimates only.

Residential deliveries are generally made between 11am - 7pm

Business deliveries are generally made between 9am - 5pm where possible.

We cannot guarantee delivery at exact times unless specifically agreed in writing. (Funerals, Weddings and similar Events are exempt but an extra charge may apply)

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise us to leave flowers in a safe location if the recipient is unavailable.

Perishable goods left at the address are considered successfully delivered.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate.

Additional charges may apply for:

incorrect addresses,
redelivery requests,
changes after dispatch.

Hospitals, Schools & Businesses

Deliveries to hospitals, schools, offices, or secure buildings are subject to the policies of those locations and our couriers, whom may require an additional charge for these locations.

We are not responsible if delivery is refused by staff or reception.
